Refund Policy
In addition to the terms stated above and on the main webpage, refunds will not be granted for any course where Dylan has applied an exclusive discount himself. Any discounts made to the £795 full purchase price will fall under this category and policy and cannot be refunded, with no exceptions. The day that your purchase is made is included in the 15 day refund period with no exceptions. You will need to provide Dylan with evidence based work, to show you have taken the necessary steps to attempt the course content - this will be proven in the form of a workbook which you will be issued one a refund is requested. You will need to demonstrate that you have reached out to suppliers, negotiated prices and calculated viability of products as per the workbook guidance. Samples of the workbook can be attained from Dylan prior to purchase.
